Rules for our Self-Serviced Guest House(Ocean Tennoji East)

1. Time for check-in: any time after 15:00; Time for check-out: any time before 11:00.

2. We DONOT clean the room everyday, we only clean the room after you check out. 

3. We DO NOTchange the towels for clients.

4. All rooms are NON-smoking including balcony area. There will be 20,000 yen penalty for being caught smokingin Non-smoking area.

5. This guest house / hotelis located in residential area. Please keep silent after 21:00 (please open and lock the door quietly). We may request you to check out immediately without refunding if there is any claimof noisy about your room.

6. For damages in this room, you will be requested to compensate/pay at their original retail prices. 

7. Goods not in the list of "items you can take home" is hotel’s property. It is a full-fledged crime if you take home the hotel’s property. If goods are found missing, we will call the police and the highest penalty would be imposed.

8. We have limited charged parking area(s). Please contact the guest house managerif you would like to use.2,000 yen / whole day, 1,000 yen / half day (2000-0900)on first come first serve basis. Parking without permission will be disposed of in accordance with the law.

9.If the room is found unclear, guest should take a photo and contact guest house manager immediately (contact information as follow). We will arrange the cleaning staff to clean the room after confirmation. Any request for cleaning after check-in daywill NOT be accepted.

10. Firm alarm and Smoke detector are installed in our rooms, so cooking is NOT allowed in our rooms. Microwave oven is also provided for re-heating food only.
